Death Claim

i did death claim at Old Mutual Ficksburg branch on the 15th of August i had all documents need for claim even today claim is still not paid, no bothered to me or even send sms to update me. All they know is to take my money and sing 24 hours payout ****, this is hell of inconvenience how am i supposed to bury my mother when people that promised you money are not keeping there promise . very disappointed.
