Death claim

I made a claim at old mutual Kenako branch on the 11 may 2022 (CEB***-2B1)till now I haven't received any payment instead I'm doing up n down they say the claim declined,some say the claim has been payed on the 20th December 22 in Nedbank bt I submited the Capitec bank acc to them,
