Death claim

<p>I have been trying to claim from my late mother's retirement annuity for almost the past year. I was given forms to fill in, which I did. But when I emailed them to the address provided to me, they failed to deliver countless times. I called in to query about this about two weeks ago, and I was told I would receive feedback within the three days following my query. It has been close to a week and I haven't heard anything from them. I would really appreciate it if Old mutual puts the interests of their customers first, go the extra mile to assist them at every turn. </p>
