Death claim

Good day<br> I went to old mutual In Atteridgeville on Tuesday the 23th June to claim money on a policy I took,to date I am still waiting for the money to be paid into my account. What frustrates me the most is that when I call the customer care line I'm told that the people who are dealing with this claim are not available they will call me back as soon as they are available and this has not been done<br> <br> Regards<br> Unhappy client
