Dead end

<p>I have been trying to contact the call centre for a couple of days with no success, the phone rings, you are told that you are being transferred, the phone rings and you get cut off!</p> <p>you visit the brach, everything is just so slow that you walk out without being serviced!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been requesting plicy documents, to date, i have nothing!</p>
