Deactivated my life policy without cause.

Imagine your life policy been cancelled twice in one year. The second time around not even a notification that we have deactivated the policy. I have been paying for years, and now when there is a pandemic they become fly by night. When I call them they say I am the one who asked to deactivate the policy, no proof. IMAGINE!!! if they cant insure me then return all my premiums.
