This company is busy using our information to open new policies on our accounts. On the 2nd of Feb a Premium of R1093 was debited on my bank account. I went to enquire about at the nearest branch. They said it's a new funeral cover for me of which I did not open it. I asked them how can I open a new funeral cover and yet I already have funeral cover with them. They couldn't answer my questions. They said they will investigate the matter and resolve it. Till today I am still waiting on the investigation outcomes. I also hope that they will pay back my money R1093 is a lot of money if it's not budgeted for.
