Daylight robery from Old Mutual

Utterly dissapointed!! Someone took out a policy from old Mutual with my identity, ID and DOB. I cannot reach any of the Old Mutual offices to try and stop this ******** from robbing me. I call everyday and losten to elevator music for 2 hours just to have the phone put down in my ear. I email everyday and no one comes back to me. Is it someone from the inside?
