Hi my name is Zizipo Bota and I was saving an amount of R250 every month with Old Mutual since February 2019, I then went to withdraw it on the 14th of January 2022 only to get R1577. How can I get only 17% of the money I was saving where is the 83%. I understand I was supposed to be charged for the early withdrawal but how can you charge me 83% of my money? This is **************** and I will report it to the Ombudsman I swear.
