Day light *******
Long term pocket and short term pocket ****, they charge you R600 "penalty" fees that no one can explain. I was promised a call and no one bothered to contact me, only to receive an email from Saheed Brown who did not even bother reading my mail judging from her response. Zafirah promised to get her senior to contact me as well. After 8 years of being their loyal client who never defaulted on the premium!!! Pathetic and the worst company ever.

What is your turnaround time? Since the 13th when you called me to say you have escalated the matter, how long does a client have to wait in order to be assisted? I will be visit the branch and cancelling my existing account as well, clearly you don't care about your clients. Should I get no feedback I am going to contact "Speak out on SABC 2". Let the whole world see how you treat your clients, I will continue to escalate this matter until someone listens.
