<p>Old Mutual iwyze short term insurance is *******. My mother insured her house with iwyze. She lodged a claim for the 1st time since she took out the insurance. Which was 3 years ago. Due to disputing the claim,we requested the contract that my mother signed or a voice recording.</p> <p> </p> <p>They say its a ****** internal document. How can an agreement that I make with an insurance be restricted from me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The most stupid policy I have heard is that they don't do a physical assessment when you take out the insurance. They take ur word for it. How stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!! It leave room for so many rejections due to the fact that they did not see at the initially.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received the worst and *********** service from Rendani Maphosa and the team leader who refused to speak to me Maria Tilli. The matter remains unresolved to this day. Any person from management especially in the job region please give me a call</p> <p>AVOID TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE OVER THE PHONE.</p> <p>DO NOT TAKE OUT AN INSURANCE WITH OLD MUTUAL IWYZE INSURANCE!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
