Daphney Masemola the Old mutual ****mer

A lady by the name of Daphney Masemola working at Old mutual as a financial advisor used to help me with my policies when ever I need help.So she WhatsApp me last week telling me that the policy amount is going up and we have to change the debit order date to mouthed as sometimes the policy debit in different days.

As she mentioned that the policy amount is going up to R455 as from August I then said ok.She said she will send me a debit check then I must approve. As she always helped me I then approved the debit check.

Few days after I called her and WhatsApp her and she is nowhere to be found, I then called the Old mutual customer care just to check if everything is ok with my policy, to my surprise she actually opened a new policy without my consent. I would like Old mutual to help me sort this out as I might not be the only one who got ****med by this lady. I managed to cancel the policy but am not sure if the debit order will go through. I know sales people can be desperate by this is *****
