DAMN ***********

I am so livid at old mutual . They lapsed my policy . After that they refunded me some monies , while this busy trying to sort out my policy .Now they are debiting my account as they made some error . they are making my accounts unpaid and this will affect my credit score . They are also adding unpaid amounts onto my accounts.

This madness stops today . your error is not my problem ....its not my damn problem

If Old mutual made an error , why in gods name is it my prtoblem . Why must my account be penalized for their error . WHO does old mutuals think they are
