Im so disappointed with old mutual. It been 2 weeks now since I've made a death claim, they are busy giving me run arounds instead of paying. You guys are so quick to debit peoples money but you're are failing to pay them. Your customer service is very poor, I submitted all the supporting documents but you're failing to pay me.
