Old mutual has been deducting money via stop order withou my consent,I visited the Old mutual branch in Promenade mall submitted all the documents they requested on the 05 December 2024 they said their turn around time is 10 days,up until today nobody has contacted me regarding my refund when I call in they keep transferring me nobody gives me a clear explanation
