Horrible service you offer your clients at old Mutual, I’ve been trying to cancel my old mutual tax plan from Early April but your turn around time has been very poor, the money was never paid back to me on time and you still debited me after your customer service consultant assured me that this was canceled and would not be deducted from my account, your company is *****ulent the money has disappeared on my app yet I never got my money it’s clear you gave it to one of your employees, and also if my account does not show who took my 1k then, If your reading this and you think old mutual is decent please do urself a favor n run with ur money, i want my money back, I am busy escalating this with my lawyers
