custormer complaint

Good day I have had a bad experience with old mutual head office , I have been sitting 3days at old mutual from 10am till 5pm. And every time its a different problem that they have and everytime its an hour that I have to wait for a different thing , I had all my Documents in order then they needed a proof that I don't have a dstv on my name , they got everything but yet I am still waiting for them to prove the thing , what kind. Of service do they give to the people to let them run up and down for nothing , could you please assist asap , I need answer today before 2
