Customer support non existent

A client of Old Mutual has his postal address as my house street address. For the last 2 years or so every time I get his post I keep on notifying Old Mutual that the person is unknown to me and the address is wrong. But every time a new letter for him arrives. There are no professionalism or pride with their staff.... STAFF, Care about your company or go apply your shoddy service elsewhere. Or is this the new Old Mutual?
