Experienced one of the greatest services by a lady named TARSHA from Old Mutual regarding my Educational Policy. My claim was processed so quickly after speaking to 2 of the agents that referred me somewhere else. On the same number I called again and spoke to Tarsha and that was the last stop. She was just fantastic and all was sorted within 48 hours. Thank you Tarsha, you know what Customer service is. I hope you get at least, get a raise! Thumbs up!! 👍
