Customer service pathetic!
I have been trying to speak to someone that can possibly help me with my withdrawal from my Superfund. I have made about 5 phone calls - each totaling to an average waiting time of 41 mins before someone answers the call!!! (That is waiting time per call!!!) I have emailed my documents to various people and email addresses thats been given to me - AND STILL I HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM OLD MUTUAL AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY WITHDRAWAL!!!
Can someone please get back to me with regards to this????
