Customer service non existent

It is impossible to reach the customer care line. They don't respond to my emails either. I need to cancel a life insurance policy as my home loan is paid up. I have tried to reach them for two days now. No luck. I find it very strange that if you send a email requesting a quote for new insurance they phone you back or email you immediately.
