Customer service NON EXCISTING at Old Mutual

Our office has been trying to get hold of the Old Mutual Call centre for weeks now without anyone answering our calls. We have tried sending emails without response either. Has Old Mutual closed down? Or is client services like answering phones and responding to emails not part of their service anymore?
