Customer Service is Terrible - What a rude consultant

<p>I called into the Old Mutual call center this morning and I spoke to a laddy called Natasha Banjamin who works at the call center. I've never had to deal with such a rude person in my life. I called in because I wanted to cancel my investment, even though I was not sure - this decision was caused by another concsultant who was rude to me. I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. She told me what I need to do inorder to cancel my investment. Because I was so frustrated, as a client, I quetioned the long process of cancelling and you will never believe what her response was: "Should i give them my account number, so they can put the money back in my account" that's what she says to me. How rude, is this hoe Old Mutual deals with clients. I got so angry - she continued qith her rudeness, saying that I'm shouting so what is she meant to do..I mean ***??? If this is how Old Mutual treats their clients, I want nothing to do with them. What a way to start my morning...N***aa</p>
