Customer service Ghost town !
Customer service doesn't exist in South Africa anymore it's dead, dead ,dead. I CALLED Old Mutual and seems the call keeps dropping so I emailed you 31.08.2020 I received the following ref AR: Cancellation of policy - REF: --GSENQ***. Then followed up on 3rd September 2020 ref GSENQ*** , up to date no replies .
