customer service despicable

I have been dealing with old mutual on and off for the past 12 years. They offer excellent products but the worse customer service in history! I only need to change my banking details I cannot hold on the phone for 30 mins plus minus hoping customer care may answer it has happened about 5 times. Can someone please contact me just to change my banking details last time my policy lapsed without me knowing. Thank u
