Customer service and cancellation of products

I have experienced poor customer service and rude attitude. I am currently shopping so I can take my life cover and other remaining products I have with old mutual after such poor service and unfriendly consultant. If people come to work to be rude to clients like that then I might as well take my business and everything elsewhere. I am so disappointed that something that was supposed to be dealt with amicably but turned out to this.
