I need to come back to give an outcome of a complaint/case I had regarding my policies and to give a huge thank you to Shannon Wentzel from the Customer Complaints Department, very humble, patient and attentive, has never once ignored any of my emails, stayed on this case until I was completely satisfied, was not in a rush to close the matter but instead waited on my replies and questions. The matter has been resolved, my policies are reinstated, thank you Shannon, may you continue to assist others which I have no doubt you will from my experience. I am truly happy.
