I was positively welcomed as I entered the building. The receptionist was on point and quick showing product knowledge. I did not wait on queue for more than a minute. Another lady to help me was as greatest and friendly as if she was in competition. I felt very important. I usually use this shop in Old Mutual, but their smile and friendliness is just unique and consistent. I was wowed by the staff at OMF Kempton Festival Mall.
