Customer hero Rep Melisa Esterhuizen

I would like to thank Melissa Esterhuizen for her patience and kindness during my interaction with old Mutual. I have been disappointed a few times before because the online process was very vague. I thought I needed to put my details on the claim I was doing to the policy belonging to my late mother. I was thrown from pillar to post and some of the reps hung up on me and some just did a cold transfer.....some put me in the wrong department. Melisa helped me greatly and I feel like I understood what I needed to do. She was very patient and kind through out the call. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. Thank you very much Melisa you truly understand what service to others mean. At some point I was ready to send a complaint against old mutual but today I had a change of heart.
