customer contact center always unavailable

Emails are not responded to , calls are forever on an automated system its really frustrating , I have changed jobs and my pay date has changed . I have been trying to get hold of old mutual contact center to try and get my debit order changed without luck its been two months now , the next thing they will be saying I have missed my payments . so not happy
