Customer care is non-existent!

Unprofessional company, horrible experiences. They are extremely eager to sell you a policy, but, after the deal has been done, you are on your own, completely... Going back and forth when you have a question, being ignored at all, not keeping their promises, responses like this one: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Customer Service Centre (***) The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.
