Crucks at old mutual

In March 2023 I noticed that my life cover debit order did not go off, I enquire about it and was told my life cover lapsed in September 2022, I checked my bank statement and saw that in September the debit order did go through, I sent old mutual the bank statement and they said they will investigate, remember I had this life cover for 2yearsand before then another life cover of mine "lapsed" 2years after taking it, also with UT notification, I reinstated it with out question. This happens again. MI have sent numerous emails even asking for the 2years premiums I've been paying if they can't reinstate my life cover. They said they are investing. We are now in July 2023 and the investigation is still going. Cruel ********s!
