An Indian lady came to work and let us join some certain policy- it debited my account (R270) from January till April. When I go surrender the policy at the Carnival Mall branch a lovely lady assits me and advises me of my balance. The balance she tells is the complete DIFFERENT balance as to what has been debited all along in my account.
