*****ed Old Mutual.

I've had policies with Old Mutual for several years. During the lock down, I went to them to apply for a payment holiday because I wasn't getting an income.

The payment holiday was granted and life went on.

After the payment holiday, I realized that these ****** are not deducting the premium. I then went to one of the branches in Burgersfort and was told that my policies have lapsed and that there's nothing they can do about it, I must start afresh.

I called the branch in Rustenburg where I opened these policies and I was informed that the policies can be reinstated but I had to pay almost R3000.

I made the payment and arranged for the debit order to start deducting again.

I was informed that they don't even have my account number and that I had to come with a bank statement.

I gave them the statement and I was then informed that the debit order won't be going of this month and that I should pay by hand. Luckily I had a problem at work and could get to town in time.

Last night they deducted the premiums and then again this morning.

I have been trying to get hold of these ****** but without any success.

I want all my premiums back which I have paid over the years and they must just close my account them.

The initial money I had to pay was for my kids' schooling but I thought since it is the beginning of the year, I can use it to update and then add it on this months fees.

Now they decided to take that money as well and my kids are now afraid to go to school.

Give me all my money back you ******.

I'm done with you.
