Credit Profile Update

I had two loans with OLD MUTUAL few days are go I received an sms saying they have been sold to DMC Debt Collectors. Now this morning I check my TRANSUNION credit score and emquiries I found out that DMC have added two loans under my profile while the OLD MUTUAL loans are still reflecting as ACTIVE. Currently my profile shows that I have 4 loans, 2 with OLD MUTUAL and 2 with DMC which supposed to be 2. So I urge OLD MUTUAL to reflect the balances as Zero since they have sold them to DMC whom have added them to my credit profile.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  I've referred this to our Finance team to attend.  They will be in direct contact with you in order to resolve this.

Would you kindly furnish me with the Contact details for your finance, or relevant person to contact. I believe my credit profile should have been updated the day the debt was sold to the third party.

Good day,

It seems my matter is not taken serious, I will also call TransUnion and dispute DMC accounts on my credit report since I do not have any contract with them until such time that OMF have resolved my issues.

The issue that I have raised on the 18 July 2019 is still not resolved and I have never received a call from OMF, the only thing I have received was an email stating that the issue have been resolved and this email proved to be misleading since TransUnion confirmed to me that they have not received any correspondence from OMF.
