Covid-19 Lockdown "Cold and Unsympathetic Company"- Old Mutual Insurance

I've been a client of old Mutual Insurance in excess of 30 Years, in stating same the repurcussion of the Covid-19 Lockdown has left many small business owners like myself in a financial predicament due to debtors not paying their bills on time, thus a ripple effect on the economy. I was unable to meet my April-20 insurance premium as a direct result of not being paid by my debtors affected by the Covid-19 Lockdown, resulting in me being unable to meet my insurance premiums. I've paid my life policies for almost 30 years I forwarded an email to Old Mutual (***) on the 6th April-20, for an extension date to re-debit my account as arranged with my debtors. I received feedback yesterday from Old Mutual Insurance Sunday 12 April-20 @ 09H04 informing that my policies have lapsed and cannot be revived. I am really sad and disappointed that Old Mutual Insurance would take this approach with a longstanding client (being their client in excess of 30 years). I'm so disappointed that Old Mutual Insurance is just cold and unsympathetic towards their clients amidst the Covid-19 Lockdown time, and further that I remained with this unsympathetic company for 30 years, whilst they just took my money year on year for 30 years, and when I need Old Mutual's understanding and assistance, I was just shown the door.
