Cover Cancellation
I cancelled my Optimal Investment Plan 2 months ago and I was told my monies will be paid within 15 working days. I'm now on 26 working days and counting still no funds received. All I'm getting is **** feedback from their consultants. I wouldn't advise anyone to take up such a cover with Old Mutual as they are quick to debit but take their time when they have to release funds.
