Have no faith in resolving insurance matters with this company . Strange happenings drew my insurance policy and reinvested the balance .saw my deceased wife's policy come up on the screen . A little while later put in to claim on the policy .no record . Comes up as a Namibian citizen on my wife's I'd number .suspect ***** as this seems to be rife in our country .sent numerous requests to have this investigated to various departments .no response .sent to the arbitrator no response .wonder how many people are suffering the same fate . Now suspect I have to lay charges of suspected *******ion in this company .
