I would not even give Old Mutual a 1 star rating. I have been an Old Mutual client for 30 years. Since lockdown started, I have been trying to get assistance with my policies. I just need a dilligent advisors" assistance. I made contact with Shanaaz Abrahams from Old Mutual and thought that she could assist me. But, she was only willing to talk to me if I praised Old Mutual. When I shared my dissatisfaction concerning Old Mutual, she no longer was willing to assist me. Old Mutual, I am so sorry that I trusted you with my money for 30 years! Now, I am not even considered for a call back!
Please can the necessary Authorities assist me in getting the needed assistance from this business who seems to be a law unto themselves!
