An agent came to my work place. Asked to check my stuff at old mutual. Suddenly I have a new polic of a R181, beneficiary is a Mziwethemba I dont even know. Your employees are ******* if this is a way of earning commission through your customers

I just received an email about a standard policy that I know nothing about that will deduct next month an amount of R265 via stop order. Next thing they'll say they will investigate and nothing will happen to their employees committing ***** with my money and details. A very unsatisfied client ????

26 Sept 2021, 06:37Old mutual at it again! Visited the branch yesterday and discovered I had cashback that was deposited in a account that is no longer active. How do you do that??? You debit money from my fnb account but choose to deposit in an account that is close. I was supposed to receive that money in July and we're in September now

29 Oct 2021, 16:44I surrendered a policy at old mutual lastonth, yesterday called to enquire about the funds and they said it was supposed to have been in my account on Monday. Waited for a new reference number but nothing was sent to show the matter was escalated
