Like I told Carla de klerk several times, i have attached my banking details to the numerous emails i sent her in order to update my banking details. i have updated my banking details on the system and yet no one bothers to update my details. I am beyond ****ed at how difficult it is to update my banking details in order for my premiums to be deducted and for my family to be covered. Its quite clear to me that old mutual care more about ******** office politics than the wellbeing of the families they advertise the cover is for.<br> <br> Seeing that no one from old mutual is going to update my banking details, just cancel my policy.<br> <br> Never in my life have i struggled so to get some assistance the way i have been struggling these past weeks to get someone from your office to assist me.<br> <br> Im sure Outsurance will be more than happy to assist me with life and funeral cover.
