In Sept 2013, I Nancy Benyane visited Old Mutual Johannesburg Region seeking for advice to save my hard earned Provident Fund after my retirement at Afrox Company. The receptionist lady referred me to Misheck Mdala who introduced himself as a financial advisor. I then related my story on how I wish to save and be able to use my money wisely, I saw him to be a friendly person as most of the time he spent joking I even had to tell him that we should get back to what I came for. He explained options that I can choose from, also explained that I need to first settle bond, renovations at my house. I will then later come to get and he supported my idea and both agreed. To my surprise after the first attempted of withdrawal as per agreement,the second time he then started with his jokes and he then told me I couldn't get money as per the option I choose, I got shocked and thinking his joking as usual, later I realise he was serious. He further said, unfortunately there's nothing can be done and instead he advised me to get a loan from the bank I realise that Mr Mdala has no sympathy towards his clients. His only interested in commission. I will email continuation person handling it
