Consultants dont know their Job

I went to an Old Mutual branch in Balfourpark to cancel my policy. The first day I got there I was attended by this other guy he took all my supporting documents and never gave me any form to complete. Once he was done capturing everything he said I can go and everything is being processed. I asked him if no forms needed to be completed and he said no forms at all. I then got an SMS after 3 days saying I need to complete some forms and I should go back to the branch. I went to the branch and completed the forms and was assisted by a different consulted who seemed to be protecting her colleague who didnt assist me adequately the first time. I confirmed with the consulted if I wont be required to come back again and she agreed. I got another SMS saying I must go back to the branch because I didnt complete some forms AGAIN!!. The consultant was clearly showing me which forms I should complete and the sections to be completed and yet I am still supposed to go back.
