Consultant does not listen

<p>Rep comes to us as a policy matures. We instruct him 1/3 cash payout and balance into the living annuity. A month later we inquire from mutual. The rep put the whole amount into the living annuity. ........commission yay. He says communication mistake. No it is more commission for him</p>
