Consolidation Loan

My husband made some bad financial decisions and I recommended the he does a consolidation loan with OMF - which I currently have . I received excellent service from your Thibault Square branch and recommended he contacts them. I managed to get in contact with Jason gave him my ID number asked him to see what type of account I have and do the exact same thing type of account for my husband. I left on my work trip and returned in January 23rd to South Africa. In the end my husband has 3 small loans with interest rates of 27.7% per loan. Then only realised this when his first payments went off the account at the end of the month. In the end my husband had less money available to get him through the month, this is what we were trying to avoid with OMF Consolidation loan. Furious I set up a meeting with Duncan and Janson Saturday morning at 08h00 27th of January and after speaking to them the only reason why he could not get the consolidation loan is because his employer ( company ) has no history with your company no one at his current employment ever had a loan with your company. This does not make sense as the terms and conditions of a loan is that an agreement with you and the Financial institute and the only contact with the employer will be when there has to be a Garnish order made again his salary. I have an excellent repore with your company and have never missed even one payment. In end my husband will properly have to take out another loan to make sure he is able to get through this month. I trusted your company to help him and re**** on expert experience and feel that he was ********** and is now worse off than he was.
