Consolidation

I am a client with old Mutual it's been 4 years paying the installment of the debt consolidation, and the consultant are not accurately explaining their ratings and interest due to this problem but it's not what I am here for my last installment I had to be paying on the last date of the month of February 2023,on Dec they did not deduct anything from my account knowingly they will put their interest into my account 1,i am not getting paid on the 29th of every month our arrangement is to deduct the money each n every last day of the month 2,today the 5th of January I was the 2 again had to go to the branch in klerksdorp the consultant knows nothing about the account they even can't help me what can I do bcz it looks as if I won't finish this loan
