Confused

So someone called me saying no debit order went off for months, so who's fault is it? I gave you my details and u didn't debit and I got a bank statement from Jan 15 and guess what the debit orders went off so what exactly are you refering to? So next thing I die and then my children wil hear that my policy lapsed cause Boulders don't know what they are doing as well as head office. Mxm
