Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Old Mutual *Review:* My mum had an old mutual policy for the past 9 years deligently to her and my knowledge my dismay to at the death of my mum, I put through the claim and the agent tells me it's been cancelled last year! With no correspondence of the cancellation at all!! with my mum being 75 years old did not even get a courtesy call informing her about the policy, knowing my mum or I we would have done anything in our effort to get the policy back on track. I have sent emails with no response from them. They should have the decency of paying at least 5 years or so of her policy due to her. They want your money, but find every fault not to pay out. This is disheartening and a lack of empathy with grieving families.
