I had written a complain to hello peter in December and yes they answered me.... But according to Old Mutual they haven't responded to my claim they called me and asked me to produce a letter of Executor my ID and late bank letter and I sent it via email to the old mutual claims department till today no one has contacted me or emailed me Policy ***2
