Concerned and Dissapointed on Old Mutual

In February 2023 my Retirements Annuity Policy matured, I went to Wolmaransstad Old Mutual to claim my moneyonly to be told that I not yet at retirement age, I need to wait until October 02 In October on my birthdate I went to make a claim, after filling up forms I got informed, by reading for myself that I need to wait for 30 days for all necessary processes to complete. On 8th November I went to Old Mutual Klerksdorp where I was informed that they just realise on the 1st of November that I turned 55 and I must wait for 31 days I received part of my money on 1st December 2023 and got informed that the other part is paid to SARS as I owe SARS To my knowledge I submit my returns annually and have only a R500 outstanding for late submission this year 2023.

Another matter is where an amount of my money with my banking details have been transfered to a Banking Institution called UNITEDBS on 19/03/2018
